Meet Our Founder
I founded Linkage Partnerships from a genuine passion for helping businesses grow, build
meaningful relationships, and access new opportunities across borders.
For over twenty years, I’ve worked at the intersection of business, trade, partnerships, and
international engagement, designing and delivering programmes that support companies to
grow both in the UK and internationally. Throughout that journey, I’ve had the opportunity to
work with businesses of all sizes, helping them navigate new markets, build connections, and
turn ambition into action.
A defining part of my career was serving as a UK diplomat in Nigeria and Ghana, where I worked closely with businesses across sectors including energy, professional services, education, technology, and the creative industries. My role involved supporting companies with market entry, strategic introductions, stakeholder engagement, PR and communications, trade visits, events, and market activations; essentially helping them identify opportunities and establish a strong presence in new markets.
What became clear to me over the years is that successful growth rarely comes from a one- size-fits-all approach. Every business is different. Every founder has a different vision. Every market presents different opportunities and challenges. And that’s exactly why I created Linkage Partnerships.
